INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer flat-rate shipping for international shipments.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days except for weekends and holidays.

Please see the final delivery cost during the checkout process.

For overseas customers Japanese sales tax will be reduced from final cost during the checkout process.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, and other delays, a package can take 4-30 days to arrive from the date of shipment.

Please note that you may be liable to pay import duties and your local sales tax as they are not included in the price that you pay.

If you are ordering from a country outside Japan, you may be liable to pay import duties and your local sales tax as they are not included in the price that you pay.

We do not charge Japanese sales tax from overseas customers.

If a package is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete (delivery) address, we will still charge for shipping. Remember to check, whether your address is valid and complete.

Customers acknowledge their liability for any local sales tax, fees and importation costs applied by their local government by placing an order on our website.
These fees vary from country to country and can change frequently.
As such Drible Japan Co., Ltd. / Desporte is unable to give any indication as to what these costs may be and customers are advised to seek advice locally before placing an order.

Drible Japan Co., Ltd. / Desporte cannot be held liable for any fees associated with the import of the goods into your country.
If you decide to not pay any fees when your order arrives into your country, any costs incurred by Drible Japan Co., Ltd. / Desporte as a result of retrieving your items may be withheld from any refund to you and Drible Japan Co., Ltd. / Desporte may pursue additional costs from the customer.

According to Carriage Paid To Incoterms set by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Drible Japan Co., Ltd. / Desporte is responsible for arranging carriage to the place named by the customer, but not for insuring the goods to the place named by the customer.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send your item to Drible Japan Co., Ltd. 147-1, Matoba, Shimizu-Cho, Suntoh-Gun, Shizuoka, 411-0915 Japan.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

To return your product, you should mail it to Drible Japan Co., Ltd. 147-1, Matoba, Shimizu-Cho, Suntoh-Gun, Shizuoka, 411-0915, Japan

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
